As an Alabama native, I was raised in Coker and graduated from Tuscaloosa County High School and the University of Alabama with a degree in Accounting. After spending 16 years at the Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center, starting as a groundsman and working my way up to become the Chief Financial Officer, I decided to pursue my dream of being a small business owner and State Farm Agent.

I am fortunate to have been blessed with my wife Amy, whom I have been married to for 17 years. She is also a graduate of Tuscaloosa County High School and the University of Alabama, School of Nursing. Together, we have two daughters named Reese (11 years old) and Mallie Jay (7 years old). We also have two beloved pups named Penny (a Goldendoodle) and Presley (a Boykin Spaniel).
